General Description:
The Tournament to Tournament (T to T) Director administers the Tournament to Tournament series. This position is not entitled to a vote.

Responsibilities:

• Represent RMDA in a manner befitting a Board member.
• Have full knowledge of RMDA rules and have said rules readily available.
• Attend scheduled meetings:
  • Monthly Board meetings
  • Monthly Tournament Committee meetings
  • General meetings/Awards banquets
• Provide a monthly report to the Board
  • T to T results and standings
  • T to T funds
  • T to T trips awarded and pending
  • Results posted on website and sent to T to T establishments
• Actively recruit T to T establishments
• Work with T to T establishments
  • Provide score sheets to establishments
  • Collect funds and score sheets from establishments
  • Approve T to T scheduling
• Notify member in writing when they have been awarded a trip
  • Provide winner with tournament information
  • Issue RMDA shirt
• Respond to communications appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Represent players’ best interests while adhering to RMDA rules.
